Towncars Service -FAQ-

Can we rent a towncar for 1 hour?

Unfortunately the minimum rental time is 3 hours, unless you just need pickup and drop-off

Do you offer point to point service in towncar?

Yes we do by address.

How long in advance I need to reserve?

For town car service morning pick up time from 4:15AM-10:00AM have to be reserve a day before or at least 4 hours in advance base on availability. The early you call is the better to be serving.

How many bags can we put in the towncar?

We can accommodate up to 6 standard size bags in the trunk. In case you have more than 6 bags, chauffeur will place some of them on the front seat of the town car. If an additional vehicle is needed, chauffeur can assist you to hire a taxi @ $30- $35 to transport the bags.

How many passengers can fit in a Lincoln Towncar?

Four people comfortably can fit in car.

Is smoking allowed in your towncars?

In all of our vehicles, smoking is not allowed. However, our chauffeurs will gladly stop as frequently as guests request to make it possibly for you to enjoy a smoke.

What your Cancellation Policy for towncar service?

Towncars: 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time in USA.

 

Limousine Service-FAQ-

Can we rent a limousine for 1 hour?

Unfortunately the minimum rental time is 4 hours, unless you just need pickup and drop-off (9AM-4PM Only for point to point).

Do you offer point to point service in limousine?

Yes we do from 9AM-4PM only.

Do you offer wedding packages?

How long in advance I need to reserve a limousine?

Limousine service base on availability, the early you call the better we can serve.

How many bags can we put in the limousine?

We can accommodate up to 6 standard size bags in the trunk. In case you have more than 6 bags, chauffeur will place some of them on the front seat of the limousine. If an additional vehicle is needed, chauffeur can assist you to hire a taxi @ $30- $35 to transport the bags.

Limousine: 7 days before the scheduled pickup time.

Why cannot I just get a ride to and from the event, instead of having a limousine there doing nothing?

There are a few companies that will make you a promise that they will pick you up at certain time after an event. It is not possible to make such a promise, because the same promise was made to another party sharing the same car. The only way to insure that a limousine is there when you need it during your event is to lease it for that period.

Do you offer charter bus?

What your Cancellation Policy or charter bus?

Charter Bus: 14 days before the scheduled pickup time.

 

Tours-FAQ-

Can I extend the tour?

Yes, you can extend most of the tours for an additional charge Example $60 per hour (town car).

How long in advance I need to reserve?

Tour Reservation base on availability early is better.

Is the driver also the tour guide?

Yes, all our drivers are professional trained and they narrate all tours.

 

Other-FAQ-

Can I change a reservation once I submit it?

Yes you can before the dispatch time.

Can I request a particular driver?

Yes we will try our best to accommodate you at no extra charge.

Do you offer personal greets for the passenger at the airport?

Yes we do that with extra charge $50 (we have to have to driver to able to do it).

How long has Oregon towncar Services been in business?

Since 1998 our business have being serve all metropolitan area in Portland, Oregon & Vancouver, WA.

Is the information I enter protected?

Yes our web site and system protected by SSI.

What are your office hours?

Our office is open 7-days a week, 365 days a year from 4:30AM-11:30PM.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve all the major metropolitan area in Portland, Oregon & Vancouver, WA and also we serve all major cities in US and many international cities through our network system.

What do I do if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

We use the state of art technology to monitor your flight for last minuet of arrival. But if you decide to take early or later flight please call us to up date your info.(no show will be bill for full fare ).

What if we cannot find our driver at pick up location?

Please call our office 1(877) OREGON-6 before you decide to leave.
